1.Before installation: before installation, check whether the caliber size of the copper pipe is the same as the required caliber size of the different pipe. 2.Placement: when installing the diverging tube, try to place it vertically or horizontally. When placed horizontally, the inclination should be within ±15°. When placed correctly, nitrogen filled welding should be performed.
3.Precautions: for the multi-channel system, each pipe is labeled so that the connecting pipe after branch corresponds to the indoor machine to prevent wrong connection.
4.Blow cleaning: blow cleaning is to remove impurities in the tube with nitrogen pressure. (mainly dust, moisture, oxides caused by welding, etc.)
